为实现对高铁货物运输车厢中时效类货物存储环境的监测与控制,研究了一套基于51单片机的高铁货物车厢环境监控装置,实现了对高铁货物运输车厢的环境变化因素进行实时监测、控制,并通过显示屏将所获取的信息反馈给工作人员.工作人员可以根据所要运输的货物种类提前预设该类货物所需存储环境的适宜范围,运输途中一旦所监测的车厢环境超过预设区间系统装置便会自主触发蜂鸣报警器,随后通过单片机驱动温湿度、气体传感器等硬件设备进行调整调控,以便为时效类货物提供最佳的存储环境,保障时效类货物的质量安全.

To achieve the monitoring and control of the storage environment for time-sensitive goods in high-speed rail freight carriages,a monitoring device based on the 51 single-chip microcomputer for high-speed rail freight carriage environment is studied.It realizes real-time monitoring and control of environmental change factors in high-speed rail freight carriages,and the information obtained is fed back to the staffthrough a display screen.According to the type of goods to be transported,the staffcould preset the suitable range of storage environment for such type of goods in advance.During transportation,once the monitored carriage environment exceeds the preset range,the system device triggers a buzzer alarm autonomously.Subsequently,it adjusts and controls temperature,humidity,gas sensors,and other hardware devices through the single-chip microcomputer to provide the optimal storage environment for time-sensitive goods,ensuring the quality and safety of these goods.
