Imaging research progress of diabetes-related aortic calcified plaque
摘要
Abstract
Aortic calcification is a common diabetes complication,increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease and contributing significantly to higher mortality rates in diabetic patients.A comprehensive under-standing of the mechanisms involved in diabetes-related aortic calcification and early imaging evaluation of aor-tic calcified plaques in diabetic patients are crucial for delaying its onset and progression.This article provides a review of the latest findings in these two areas.关键词
