贵州省不同品种乌骨鸡各部位肤色对比分析
Comparative analysis of skin color of different breeds of black-bone chickens in Guizhou province
摘要
Abstract
This experiment was to analyze the skin colors of black-bone chicken breeds in 4 places in Guizhou Province,and to explore the differences of skin color among the 4 breeds and their causes.Sixty Pu'an Wujin chickens,Wumeng Wujin chickens,Chishui Wujin chickens and Qianhua Wujin chickens(half males and half females)were selected,and the back skin color,underwing skin color,shin color and comb color of the chickens were measured by 3nh colorimeter.The brightness(L∗),redness(a∗)and yellowness(b∗)in the colorimeter were recorded and analyzed.The results were as follows:The L∗values of all the parts of the chicken body were significantly correlated(P＜0.05),and the L∗,a∗ and b∗values of their comb color were significantly different from those of the skin color of several other parts of the body(P＜0.05).The L∗values of the back and underwing skin colors of Pu'an Wujin chickens were significantly lower than those of the oth-er three breeds(P＜0.05),and the a∗value of the comb color of Wumeng Wujin chickens was significantly higher(P＜0.05).The b∗val-ues of the four body parts of Qianpainted black chickens were all high.To sum up,there was a big difference between the color of the comb and the other three body parts of the chickens.Among the local black bone chickens in Guizhou,the colors of the back and under the wings of the Pu'an black bone chickens were the blackest,the color of the comb of the Wumeng black bone chickens was red,and the color of Qianhua black bone chickens was yellow.关键词
