旨在研究内江猪群体的亲缘关系和遗传结构.采用"中芯一号"芯片检测30 头内江猪的单核苷酸多态性(SNP);采用GCTA软件构建G矩阵,PLINK软件构建状态同源(IBS)距离矩阵,分析内江猪群体的亲缘关系;采用Mega X软件构建群体进化树,分析内江猪群体的遗传结构.结果:共检测到 57 466 个SNP位点,29 468 个SNP位点通过质量控制;内江猪试验群体具有中等程度的亲缘关系;群体进化树将内江猪公猪被分为6 个血缘,血缘数量与传统系谱记录的基本相同;基于连续性纯合片段(ROH)的平均近交系数为 0.243.综上,内江猪血缘较少,有一定程度的近交,可引入新血缘,提高群体遗传多样性和种群质量.

This study was to investigate the genetic relationships and genetic structure in the Neijiang pig population.Single nucleotide pol-ymorphism(SNP)was detected in 30 Neijiang pigs using the SNP bead chip.The GCTA software was used to construct a G matrix,and the PLINK software was employed to construct an identity by state(IBS)distance matrix,in order to analyze the genetic relationships of the Nei-jiang pig population.The Mega X software was used to construct a population evolution tree and the genetic structure of the Neijiang pig popu-lation was analyzed.The results showed that a total of 57 466 SNPs loci were detected,and 29 468 SNPs loci passed quality control.The ex-perimental Neijiang pig population had a moderate degree of kinship.The population evolution tree divided Neijiang pigs and boars into 6 blood lineages,with the same number as recorded in traditional genealogies.The average inbreeding coefficiency based on ROH was 0.243.In summary,Neijiang pigs had relatively a little blood relationship,low genetic diversity and some degree of inbreeding.Therefore,it is nec-essary to introduce new blood tie to improve the genetic diversity of the population and the population quality.
