鸡皮刺螨携带病原及传播病原的研究进展
Progress in research on the carrying and transmission of pathogens by Dermanyssus gallinae
摘要
Abstract
Dermanyssus gallinae(D.gallinae)is one of the most harmful blood-sucking ectoparasites in laying hens.Its infection can cause slow growth and development of chickens,emaciation and anemia.Serious infection can lead to death of chickens and harm the healthy development of the chicken industry.In addition to the direct role of blood-sucking parasitism,D.gallinae is also a carrier and reservoir of a variety of animal pathogens and zoonotic pathogens,which can spread Salmonella enteritidis,Listeria monocytogenes,Fowlpox virus,Avian influenza virus and Eastern equine encephalitis virus,etc.,posing a certain threat to the life and health of birds and humans.This article re-views the life history,pathogenicity,the pathogen carrying status,routes of transmission of pathogens and the research status of some insect-borne pathogens of D.gallinae,hopefully to provide direction and guidance for future research on D.gallinae as a vector.关键词
