星载激光雷达望远镜主次镜支撑结构设计与分析
Design and Analysis of the Supporting Structure Between the Primary and Secondary Mirrors of Space-borne Lidar Telescope
摘要
Abstract
In accordance with the design specifications of the space-borne Lidar Telescope,the supporting structure and components between the primary and secondary mirrors were meticulously engineered to align with the criteria of material selection,structural form and lightweight design.The secondary mirror components were manufactured with a mass of only 0.530 kg,while the supporting structure between the primary and secondary mirrors was constructed with a mass of 1.000 kg.This resulted in a final structure for the telescope with a total mass of only 10.600 kg.The surface figure and relative position of the primary and secondary mirrors,as well as the gravity deformation and mode of the entire machine,were subjected to intensive study through the method of finite element modelling and analysis.The surface figure root mean square(RMS)of the primary and secondary mirror is superior to λ/40(λ@632.8 nm).The design of the supporting structure and components for the primary and secondary mirrors was found to satisfy the specified requirements in terms of stiffness and environmental adaptability.The results demonstrate that the design objectives for the supporting structure and components of the primary and secondary mirrors have been achieved,thus providing a framework for the structural design of similar telescopes.关键词
