Clinical Effect of Colposcopy Assisted LEEP Knife Surgery in the Treatment of Patients with Cervical Precancerous Lesions

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of colposcopy assisted LEEP knife surgery in the treatment of patients with cervical precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical precancerous lesions admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cervical conization,and the observation group was treated with colposcopy assisted LEEP knife surgery.The operation situation,complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss amount in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the length and width of lesion resection were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate within 6 months after surgery in the observation group were 2.00%and 0.00%respectively,significantly lower than 14.00%and 8.00%in the control group,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions Colposcopy assisted LEEP knife surgery in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions has small trauma,and can obviously reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and the risk of recurrence.关键词
