Effect of Endovascular Microcatheter Intervention in the Treatment of Craniocerebral Aneurysms and Its Impact on the Prognosis of Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and prognosis of endovascular microcatheter intervention in the treatment of craniocerebral aneurysms.Methods A total of 90 patients with craniocerebral aneurysms were randomly divided into the observation group(endovascular microcatheter intervention)and the control group(craniotomy clipping).The operation situation,serum indicators,complications and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss amount was less than that of the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,and the levels of postoperative NF-κB,VEGF and sICAM-1,and incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Endovascular microcatheter intervention in the treatment of patients with craniocerebral aneurysms has acceptable short-term prognosis.关键词
