Comparison on the Effects of Neuroendoscopic Surgery Through Anterior Coronal Suture Approach and Hematoma Removal Through Lateral Fissure Approach in the Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage in Basal Ganglia Region

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects of neuroendoscopic surgery through anterior coronal suture approach and hematoma removal through lateral fissure approach in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)in basal ganglia region.Methods 80 patients with HICH in basal ganglia region were divided into group A(neuroendoscopic surgery through anterior coronal suture approach)and group B(hematoma removal through lateral fissure approach)according to different treatment methods.The surgical indicators,neurological function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incision length,intraoperative blood loss amount,operation time,hospitalization time,NIHSS score at 6 months after surgery and total incidence of postoperative complications in group A were lower than those in group B,and the hematoma clearance rate was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Neuroendoscopic surgery through anterior coronal suture approach in the treatment of patients with HICH in basal ganglia region can obviously improve hematoma clearance rate,improve neurological function and reduce the occurrence risk of complications.关键词
