Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of Parks loose seton and fractional tight seton in the treatment of high complex anal fistula.Methods 120 patients with high complex anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Parks loose seton,and the study group was treated with fractional tight seton.The therapeutic effect,wound healing time and anal function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the wound healing time was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).One month after surgery,the Wexner scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but no significant difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Both Parks loose seton and fractional tight seton can effectively improve the anal function of patients with high complex anal fistula.Compared with Parks loose seton,fractional tight seton has better efficacy,while the recovery time of patients is relatively long.关键词
