Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Shuxuening injection combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 72 patients with ACI were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with sodium ozagrel,and the observation group was treated with sodium ozagrel+Shuxuening injection.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 14 days of treatment,the levels of FIB,D-D and blood viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,and the MoCA score was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Shuxuening injection combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of ACI patients can effectively regulate hemorheology indicators and improve cognitive function,with high safety.关键词
