Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of Xuesaitong injection combined with butylphthalide injection on neurological function and four coagulation indicators of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 81 patients with ACI admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with basic therapy+butylphthalide injection,and the combined group was treated with Xuesaitong injection on the basis of the control group.The neurological function and coagulation indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After 14 days of treatment,the NIHSS score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,PT,TT and APTT of the combined group were significantly longer than those of the control group,and FIB level was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xuesaitong injection combined with butylphthalide injection in the treatment of ACI patients can significantly improve their coagulation function and promote the recovery of neurological function.关键词
