摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation guidance in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received exercise training therapy,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation guidance.The efficacy,rehabilitation outcome,limb motor ability and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,balance function score,single walking distance,FMA score and ADL score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation guidance in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia can alleviate their clinical symptoms,improve their balance ability and limb motor ability,and improve their self-care ability.关键词
