Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Dingkundan combined with triptorelin acetate in the treatment of patients with infertility caused by ovarian endometriosis cyst.Methods 112 patients with infertility caused by ovarian endometriosis cyst were randomly divided into two groups.After surgery,the control group was treated with triptorelin acetate,and the observation group was treated with Dingkundan combined with triptorelin acetate.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness and E2 level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the follicular growth time was shorter than that in the control group,the number of ovulation was more than that in the control group,and the pregnancy success rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Dingkundan combined with triptorelin acetate is beneficial to improve the prognosis of patients with infertility caused by ovarian endometriosis cyst.关键词
