Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of different blood transfusion doses on the prognosis of patients with traumatic blood loss.Methods 86 patients with traumatic blood loss were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received small-dose blood transfusion(≤1 600 mL),and the observation group received high-dose blood transfusion(4 000～6 000 mL).The inflammatory factors,coagulation and arterial blood gas indicators,and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 days of blood transfusion,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α,APTT,PT and PaO2 were higher than those in the control group,and PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of MODS and mortality rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-dose blood transfusion in the treatment of traumatic blood loss can correct the arterial blood gas indicators of patients and improve the prognosis,but it will aggravate the inflammatory reaction of the body and affect the coagulation function.关键词
