摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of intrapartum fetal heart rate monitoring combined with psychological nursing in delivery women.Methods A total of 126 parturients who gave birth in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 63 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given intrapartum fetal heart rate monitoring combined with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group.The maternal complications,neonatal 1 min Apgar score and neonatal adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of maternal complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,the neonatal 1 min Apgar score was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the total incidence of neonatal adverse events was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intrapartum fetal heart rate monitoring combined with psychological nursing has significant application effect in delivery women,which can obviously improve the neonatal 1 min Apgar score,and reduce the occurrence of maternal complications and neonatal adverse events.关键词
