Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing applied in patients with cerebral angiography.Methods 70 patients with cerebral angiography were divided into two groups according to the order of enrollment,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The negative emotions,comfort degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of each dimension of GCQ were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing can relieve the negative emotions of patients with cerebral angiography,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the comfort degree of patients.关键词
