摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of extended nursing based on gratitude extension-construction theory in patients after partial gastrectomy.Methods 82 patients after partial gastrectomy were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(extended nursing based on gratitude extension-construction theory).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of self-management efficacy and SF-36 dimensions were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Extended nursing based on gratitude extension-construction theory has significant application effect in patients after partial gastrectomy.关键词
