The demand of 3-chlorine 4-floanidine as an important synthetic raw material of fluflox,citafloxacin,afatinib,and its production scale increase year by year.This article provides an overview of the advancements in the synthesis technology of 3-chloro-4-fluoraniline,in-cluding its application prospects,synthesis routes,specific materials used in each step,and variations in reaction progress.Furthermore,it delves into the synthetic classification of 3-chloro-4-fluoraniline as a pharmaceutical pesticide intermediate.The advantages and disadvanta-ges of different raw materials,synthetic measures and experimental methods are summarized to provide reference for the follow-up experimental research.
