摘要
Abstract
The lignin thermoplastic phenolic resin was synthesized by replacing part of phenol with lignin.Using lignin phenolic resin as raw ma-terial,the fiber filament was prepared by mixing machine and single screw melt spinning machine,and then formaldehyde hydrochloric acid was used as curing bath to cure the fiber.The effect of the ratio of formaldehyde to hydrochloric acid on the mechanical properties of the fiber was mainly studied.By means of XRD,FTIR,SEM and other characterization methods,the experiment proved that the fiber prepared by m(formalde-hyde)∶m(hydrochloric acid)=1∶1 curing bath had the best effect,The tensile strength was 141.77 MPa,the elongation at break was 0.94%,and the defects were the least.关键词
