摘要

Abstract

In order to study the distribution characteristics and correlation of heavy metal elements in star anise and its soil of the production are-as,the content of heavy metal elements in star anise and its soil of the production areas in six main producing areas of Guangxi was determined and analyzed during the ripening period of star anise.The results showed that the contents of heavy metal elements in star anise were as follows:Mn>Cu>Ni>Ba>Cr>Pb>As>Cd>Hg,among which the contents of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu were lower than the limit requirements of GB 2762-2022 and Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the contents of heavy metal elements in soil were Ba>Mn>Cr>Pb>Ni>Cu>As>Hg>Cd.SPSS 26.0 correlation analysis was used to show that As in the star anise was significantly negatively correlated with Ni and Pb in the soil,Cd in the star anise was significantly negatively correlated with As,Ba,Ni,Cu,Cr and Pb in the soil,Cr in the star anise was significantly negatively correlated with Cd,Mn,Ni,Cu and Pb in the soil,Cd was negatively correlated with soil Mn,Ba content was negatively correlated with soil Hg,Cr was negatively correlated with soil Mn and There was a significant negative correlation between Cr,Cd and soil Cd,Mn and soil Cu,Mn and soil Mn,Ba,and Pb.
