摘要

Abstract

An residue analytical method was developed for phenamacril in 3 kinds of vegetables(tomato,cabbage and celery)by gas chromatog-raphy-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,and the pre-treatment conditions of QuECh-ERS were optimized.Matrix matching standard solution and internal standard method were used for quantification.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients(R2)were higher than 0.9991 within 5-500 μg/L,with the limit of quantitation(S/N=10)was 0.005 mg/kg.The average recoveries at three spiking levels(0.005,0.05 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg)in vegetables were 93%to 104%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 3.0%to 7.3%.The proposed method could meet the determination of phenamacril in vegetables.
