摘要

Abstract

With the aging of the biochemical treatment unit of coking wastewater,coupled with the unstable content of bichromate index(COD-cr),ammonia nitrogen and volatile phenol in the coking wastewater,it is difficult for the effluent of biochemical treatment to reach the standard for quenching coke,and a large amount of primary water has to be added in the biochemical treatment process.By improving the biochemical treatment and pretreatment equipment,optimizing the dosage and ratio of flocculant in the advanced treatment section,increasing the sludge re-moval equipment and other measures,the primary water allocation amount is greatly reduced,the effluent quality is stable,and the purpose of saving water and reducing cost and increasing efficiency is achieved.
