Abstract
Currently China has developed a wide variety of food additives.Therefore,this article provides a brief overview of the development of food additives.At the same time,in order to ensure the legal use of food additives,it is necessary to develop and implement more effective regu-latory measures.Therefore,this article studies the development and regulatory mechanisms of food additives.关键词
