Abstract
Objective To provide a reference for the clinical application and mechanism exploration of Guipi decoction by visual quantitative analysis of the related literature of Guipi decoction in the past 20 years and combing its research progress.Methods The journal articles on Guipi decoction collected in CNKI database from January 1,2000 to February 10,2023 were searched.CiteSpace software was used to analyze the authors,institutions and keywords,and to draw a visual map.Results A total of 1033 articles were included,and the annual number of articles showed an increasing trend.The journal with the highest publication volume was Clinical Journal of Chinese Medicine.The literature type focused on clinical research.The researchers with the largest number of articles were JI Ying.The high-yield authors cooperated with each other to form 10 major research teams.The main research forces were universities of traditional Chinese medicine and their affiliated hospitals.The high-frequency keywords in the study of Guipi decoction were insomnia,heart and spleen deficiency,palpitations,depression,etc.The most prominent keyword in the past two years was sleep quality.Conclusion The research of Guipi decoction is closely related to the syndrome type of"heart and spleen deficiency",and a lot of research work has been carried out.The improvement of sleep quality by Guipi decoction is a hot research direction in recent years.关键词
