巴曲酶联合四妙勇安汤治疗老年下肢深静脉血栓的效果及对纤溶功能的影响
Effect of Batroxobin Combined with Simiao Yong'an Decoction in the Treatment of Lower Limb Deep Vein Thrombosis in the Elderly and its Effect on Fibrinolytic Function

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of batroxobin combined with Simiao Yong'an Decoction in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in the elderly and its effect on fibrinolytic system.Methods Forty elderly patients with acute lower limb deep vein thrombosis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into study group(20 patients)and control group(20 patients)by random number table method.The control group was treated with rivaroxaban anticoagulation alone,and the study group was treated with batroxobin combined with Simiao Yong'an decoction on the basis of rivaroxaban anticoagulation.The cure rate,time required for symptom relief,plasminogen activity,plasma viscosity,D-dimer and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate of the study group was 60.00％,which was higher than 35.00％of the control group(P＜0.05).The time of limb pain relief and limb swelling regression in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The level of PLGA in the study group was lower than that in the control group on the 2nd and 4th day of treatment(P＜0.05).The level of D-dimer in the study group was higher than that in the control group on the 2nd and 4th day of treatment(P＜0.05).The plasma viscosity of the study group was lower than that of the control group on the 2nd,4th and 10th day of treatment(P＜0.05).There were no cases of shedding during the treatment of the two groups,no cases of bleeding,severe gingival bleeding,drug allergy or pulmonary embolism,cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion The effect of batroxobin combined with Simiao Yong'an decoction in the treatment of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in the elderly is better than that of anticoagulant therapy alone.It can effectively relieve limb swelling and pain,enhance fibrinolytic function,improve blood viscosity,promote thrombolysis,and has high treatment safety.关键词
