骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折椎体成型术后辅以中医针灸治疗的效果观察OA
Observation on the Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture After Vertebroplasty
目的 观察椎体成型术后辅以中医针灸治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果.方法 选取2022年1月-2023年1月在我院治疗的72例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各36例.对照组单独行椎体成型术治疗,观察组在椎体成型术后辅以中医针灸治疗.比较两组治疗效果、疼痛评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数、住院时间、骨折愈合指标(矢状位脊柱后凸Cobb角、矢状位伤椎前缘高度).结果 观察组治疗总有效率(…查看全部>>
