骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折椎体成型术后辅以中医针灸治疗的效果观察
Observation on the Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture After Vertebroplasty

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures after vertebroplasty.Methods A total of 72 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with vertebroplasty alone,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion after vertebroplasty.The treatment effect,pain score(VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index,hospitalization time,fracture healing index(sagittal kyphosis Cobb angle,sagittal anterior vertebral height)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.44％)was higher than that in the control group(83.33％)(P＜0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 1 week and 1 month of treatment(P＜0.05).The Oswestry score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the Oswestry score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 1 week and 1 month of treatment(P＜0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The Cobb angle of sagittal kyphosis in both groups was smaller than that before treatment,and the height of anterior edge of sagittal injured vertebra was larger than that before treatment,while the Cobb angle of sagittal kyphosis in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the height of anterior edge of sagittal injured vertebra was larger than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion after vertebroplasty can improve the clinical effect of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,reduce pain,improve dysfunction,shorten hospitalization time,reduce sagittal kyphosis Cobb angle,and increase sagittal vertebral anterior height.It has an ideal adjuvant therapeutic effect.关键词
