摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Huangqi and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in patients with cerebral infarction and its effect on hemorheology.Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with Huangqi and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.The neurological function,limb function,serum GDF-15,CXCL16 levels,hemorheology and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the FMA score was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of serum GDF-15 and CXCL-16 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The whole blood high shear viscosity level and blood viscosity level in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.67％,which was lower than 20.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Huangqi and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction has a good therapeutic effect in patients with cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve the neurological function and limb function,reduce the levels of serum GDF-15 and CXCL-16,improve blood rheology and improve the prognosis level.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
