目的 研究微生物培养与快速血清学检验诊断儿童肺炎支原体感染的效果.方法 选取2021年8月-2023年7月在我院诊治的102例疑似肺炎支原体感染儿童为研究对象,均进行微生物培养与快速血清学检验,以血培养为标准,比较不同检验方法诊断情况、不同年龄和病程的阳性检出率及不同检验方法的诊断效能.结果 微生物培养对儿童肺炎支原体感染阳性的诊断率高于快速血清学检验(P<0.05);微生物培养对3岁以下、3~7岁儿童肺炎支原体感染阳性的检出率高于快速血清学检验(P<0.05);微生物培养对7岁以上儿童肺炎支原体感染阳性的检出率与快速血清学检验比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);微生物培养对病程≤7d的儿童肺炎支原体感染阳性的检出率高于快速血清学检验,对病程>7 d的儿童阳性检出率低于快速血清学检验(P<0.05);微生物培养诊断儿童肺炎支原体感染的敏感度、特异度均高于快速血清学检验(P<0.05).结论 微生物培养与快速血清学检验诊断儿童肺炎支原体感染效果存在差异,其中微生物培养诊断价值更高,值得临床应用.

Objective To study the effect of microbial culture and rapid serological test in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods A total of 102 children with suspected Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.All of them were subjected to microbial culture and rapid serological tests.With blood culture as the standard,the diagnosis of different test methods,the positive detection rate of different ages and course of disease,and the diagnostic efficacy of different test methods were compared.Results The positive diagnosis rate of microbial culture for mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children was higher than that of rapid serological test(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children under 3 years old and 3-7 years old by microbiological culture was higher than that by rapid serological test(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive detection rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children over 7 years old between microbiological culture and rapid serological test(P>0.05).The positive detection rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children with a course of disease≤7 d was higher than that of rapid serological test,and the positive detection rate of children with a course of disease>7 d was lower than that of rapid serological test(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of microbial culture in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children were higher than those of rapid serological test(P<0.05).Conclusion There are differences between microbial culture and rapid serological test in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Among them,microbial culture has higher diagnostic value and is worthy of clinical application.
