目的 研究微生物培养与快速血清学检验诊断儿童肺炎支原体感染的效果.方法 选取2021年8月-2023年7月在我院诊治的102例疑似肺炎支原体感染儿童为研究对象,均进行微生物培养与快速血清学检验,以血培养为标准,比较不同检验方法诊断情况、不同年龄和病程的阳性检出率及不同检验方法的诊断效能.结果 微生物培养对儿童肺炎支原体感染阳性的诊断率高于快速血清学检验(P<0.05);微生物培养对3岁以下、3~7岁儿童肺炎支原体感染阳性的检出率高于快速血清学检验…查看全部>>
