目的 研究彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺肿瘤的临床价值及影像特征.方法 选取2020年3月-2023年3月我院诊治的80例甲状腺肿瘤患者为研究对象,以病理诊断为标准(良性49例,恶性31例),均进行彩色多普勒超声检查,观察彩色多普勒超声检出率、诊断效能(灵敏度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值)、与病理诊断结果—致性、良性肿瘤阻力指数和收缩期、舒张末期峰值血液流速以及影像特征.结果 80例经彩色多普勒超声检出75例,诊断准确率为93.75％,其中…查看全部>>
