Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Doula Doula accompanied delivery combined with analgesia delivery on labor process and delivery outcome.Methods From August 2020 to August 2022,60 pregnant women in Huangjiasi Hospital of Yushan County were selected and divided into control group(30 pregnant women)and observation group(30 pregnant women)according to the random number table method.Both groups were given vaginal delivery,the control group was given analgesic delivery,and the observation group was given Doula accompanied delivery on the basis of the control group.The labor time(first stage of labor,second stage of labor,total stage of labor),labor pain[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],adverse emotions[Anxiety Visual Analogue Scale(VAS-A),Fear of Childbirth Scale(CAQ)],Labour Agentry Scale(LAS),birth outcome(postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section,instrumental midwifery,episiotomy)and maternal satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The VAS,VAS-A and CAQ scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the LAS score was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the rate of cesarean section,instrumental midwifery rate and episiotomy rate were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The maternal satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Doula accompanied delivery combined with analgesic delivery can shorten the labor time of parturients,relieve their labor pain and adverse emotions,enhance the sense of controlin labour,help to improve the birth outcome,and have good maternal satisfaction.关键词
