Application strategy of tissue expansion in the repair of post-traumatic deformity
摘要
Abstract
Tissue expansion can provide tissue similar to the recipient area in color,texture and feeling,and the donor site is less damaged.It can be used to repair post-traumatic body surface deformity,which can not only restore the patient's function,but also have good aesthetic effect.Based on the domestic and foreign literature and the author's experience,this paper expounds the technical points of tissue expansion in the repair of post-traumatic deformity,and discusses the methods and strategies of applying tissue expansion in different anatomical parts of the whole body in detail,in order to better guide clinical practice.关键词
