Abstract
In order to simplify the treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in beef cattle,from 2013 to 2022,192 cases of organophosphorus poisoning in beef cattle were treated in Wangjiazhuang street,including 73 cases in mild disease group,67 cases in severe disease group and 52 cases in critical disease group.During the same period,67 cases of beef cattle were treated with atropine sulfate and phospholidine iodide in Mahe River Town,including 28 cases in mild disease group,22 cases in severe disease group and 17 cases in critical disease group.Results:Among the 6 groups,the cure rate was less than 100%in the critical disease group of Wangjiazhuang street(98.1%),the difference was not significant(P＞0.05);The average injection times,average dosage and average course of atropine were significantly different in the mild group(P＜0.05),and were extremely significant in the severe and critical groups(P＜0.01).It is concluded that for the relief of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in beef cattle,phosphodinium iodide can be used for mild cases.As long as the timing and dosage of repeated atropine injection are properly mastered,phosphodinium iodide can be used in severe and critical cases.关键词
