TNR Program and Its Control Effect on Stray Cats
摘要
Abstract
The TNR program is a humane and effective way to control the stray cat population.It changes the way the stray cat population was controlled through killing and euthanasia in the past,and replaces it with a circular process of capture,neutering and release.The TNR program can effectively control the number of urban stray cats and help the ecological and green development of the community.In the implementation process,the full participation of the government,the community and the citizens is needed to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the implementation of TNR.关键词
