摘要
Abstract
Patent navigation is a new tool to boost the high-quality development of industry.There are a series of national standards,Patent navigation guide,serving as the action guidance.However,in the development of grassroots patent navigation services,the awareness of using"systematic thinking"has not been formed to understand and grasp the work of patent navigation,and the value of patent navigation services has not been fully developed by the construction of standards system.Therefore,based on the operation of patent navigation service base,the research on standards system of patent navigation services is carried out,and the standard system of advanced and reasonable patent navigation service bases with optimized structure and strong operability is constructed,so as to help improve the efficiency of patent navigation services.关键词
