摘要
Abstract
Since January 1,2018,the newly revised Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China has been implemented for more than 6 years.Major strategic deployments of the Party and the state frequently involve tasks of standardization work,and standardization has achieved great results in promoting economic and social development.However,in the practice of standardization work,the relevant administrative authorities and departments in the market supervision and management system still have a misunderstanding of the standardization work management system of"unified management and division of responsibilities".It is often believed that standardization work is the responsibility of standardization administrative authorities or standardization departments,which is obviously inappropriate.Therefore,this paper fully interprets the"unified management and division of responsibilities"from three aspects of standardization tasks,laws and regulations,and functional responsibilities,in order to promote the deepening and implementation of standardization work.关键词
