Abstract
Objective and scientific evaluation index system and methods are the basis to ensure effective evaluation of standards implementation effect.On the basis of the research on the implementation effect evaluation of local standards in Hunan Province,based on the life cycle local standard implementation effect evaluation vision,the paper uses the factor analysis method to analyze and evaluate the key factors affecting the implementation effect of standards at different stages in their life cycle,proposes the structure of evaluation index system and the evaluation method,and puts forward suggestions for further improving the implementation effect of local standards.关键词
