Abstract
Teams are an important subject for the implementation of technical standards,and their ability and level to apply technical standards directly affect the value and effectiveness of the standards.Enhancing the ability of teams to apply and implement technical standards and deepening team members'understanding and mastery of standards are crucial for enterprises to ensure the effectiveness of standards and realize high-quality development.Based on the operational requirements of frontline teams in power grid enterprises,this paper establishes a prototype of a navigation map for application of technical standards in teams and plans a"five-layer and two-environment"technical structure of the navigation map,promoting the formation of an organic whole of business and standards,and improving team members'ability to implement standards and operate business.关键词
