淀粉糖行业标准体系的建设及其探讨研究

摘要
Abstract
Starch sugar is an important natural sweetener.Since the reform and opening up,China's starch sugar industry has developed rapidly and realized industrial integration.At the same time of the expansion of the industrial scale,many national,sectoral,and enterprise standards of the starch sugar industry have been developed for the raw and auxiliary materials,intermediate products,processing preparations,and products.This paper sorts out and summarizes the existing standards of domestic starch sugar industry,analyzes and discusses the deficiencies and shortcomings of standards in aspects such as product definition,production hygiene,and risk monitoring,and puts forward the construction direction and new contents of the standards system for domestic starch sugar industry,to build a more complete and perfect starch sugar standards system,and meet the future needs and development of the industry.关键词
