Abstract
The industrial development of Zhanjiang oysters,a geographical indication product of Zhanjiang city,has a great impact on local economy,culture,and social environment.The standardization construction of the whole industrial chain of Zhanjiang oysters can fill the gap in the standards for the industrial chain,enhance the industrial competitiveness of Zhanjiang oysters,solve the practical problems of industrial development technology,ensure product quality and safety,promote regional economic development,and have positive significance to standardize the healthy development of geographical indication products.关键词
