摘要
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the implementation effect of HY/T 0287-2020,Technical guidelines for operation and maintenance of marine environmental monitoring buoys,and proposes improvement suggestions on issues during its implementation.In the in-depth survey of 15 relevant enterprises,key performance indicators such as maintenance efficiency,data reception rate,data validity rate,and data quality control were used to conduct a quantitative analysis of the post-implementation results.The findings indicate that the implementation of HY/T 0287-2020 contributes to the enhancement of data reliability and accuracy.Targeted improvement suggestions are proposed,providing valuable references for the operation and maintenance of marine environmental monitoring buoys,as well as providing a scientific basis for the revision and enhancement of related standards.关键词
