Abstract
With the continuous development of the social economy and the improvement of people's living standards,food safety issues have gradually become a hot issue of social concern.The small workshops for food production and processing in Inner Mongolia,an important agricultural region in China,not only meet market demands but also face a series of standardization challenges.This paper investigates and analyzes the standardization status of small workshops for food production and processing in Inner Mongolia,delves into the root of the problems,puts forward feasible suggestions,and provides scientific basis for development and implementation of relevant policies.关键词
