Influence and Countermeasures of Lack of Qualification Marks in Construction Projects Testing Report
摘要
Abstract
This paper mainly analyzes the situation where the qualification management of inspection and testing institutions for construction projects no longer requires inspection qualifications marks.It discusses the impacts of the lack of qualification marks on qualification identification,engineering application,and fair competition in the market.The paper puts forward main measures of developing a unified qualification mark for inspection and testing of construction projects,building a smart inspection result acceptance system,and strengthening publicity.The relationship between qualification marks and report acceptance is analyzed,and the idea of further realizing the full-chain quality management of construction projects by a smart data platform is proposed.关键词
