摘要
Abstract
Test methods for free iron in soil include inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES),atomic absorption spectrophotometer(AAS),and colorimetry.Through comparative experiments,it was found that all the indexes of the three methods can meet the detection requirements.The RSD of ICP-OES was 0.50%and its correlation coefficient was 1.0000,with simpler process,lower detection limit,wider linear range,higher precision,and better accuracy.Therefore,DCB extraction-inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry not only can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the results,but also greatly improve the efficiency of practical detection and production.This method is more suitable for the determination of free iron in large quantities of soil samples.关键词
