Abstract
Promoting the advanced industrial foundation and the modernization of industrial chains is the definite requirement put forward by the fifth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.Improving the quality infrastructure is particularly important and vital.In 2020,the State Administration for Market Regulation issued the Opinions on Vigorously Developing the"One-stop"Services of Quality Infrastructure,which provides the basic and directional guidance for the development of the"one-stop"services of quality infrastructure.Governments at all levels have responded positively and issued corresponding policy documents,but there is a lack of specific guidance on operational procedures and clear rules for specific operation.The paper points out that standards,which are a beneficial supplement to laws,regulations,and policy documents,can regulate the methods,procedures,and specific requirements of the"one-stop"services of quality infrastructure from the technical perspective,in order to improve the quality of the"one-stop"services of quality infrastructure and promote the routinization,normalization,and standardization of the work.关键词
