对油中溶解糠醛含量进行准确的原位检测对评估油浸式变压器纸绝缘老化程度非常重要,但已有的原位检测方法存在检测灵敏度低的难题.针对上述问题,该文提出B-Cu@F-Ag@Au基底表面修饰4—氨基苯硫酚(4—aminothiophenol,4—ATP)分子的油中溶解糠醛拉曼信号提高方法.首先,基于仿真手段对4—ATP—糠醛的拉曼信号增强作用进行验证分析;其次,通过制备4—ATP—B-Cu@F-Ag@Au基底对标准糠醛绝缘油样以及老化油样进行检测,验证所提方法对绝缘油中糠醛高灵敏原位检测性能;最后,通过与液相色谱(liquid chromatography,LC)检测结果对比,明确所提方法检测准确性.研究结果表明:引入4—ATP分子使糠醛拉曼信号强度较弱的C=O键席夫碱反应成信号较强C=N键,对免萃取的溶解糠醛最小检测下限降低25倍,达到0.08mg/L;与LC检测结果对比,对实验室加速老化和现场运行变压器油样(重庆长寿500 kV变电站1、2、3号变压器)的溶解糠醛原位检测绝对偏差和相对偏差分别小于0.005 5 mg/L和4.18%,证明所提方法能实现免萃取的矿物绝缘油中溶解糠醛高灵敏原位检测,可为确保油浸式变压器安全可靠运行提供一定的技术支撑.

Accurate in-situ detection of dissolved furfural content in oil is very important for evaluating the aging degree of oil-immersed transformer paper insulation,but the existing in-situ detection methods have the problem of low detection sensitivity.In view of the above problem,this paper proposes a method to improve the Raman signal of furfural dissolved in oil by modifying 4—aminothiophenol(4—ATP)molecules on the surface of B-Cu@F-Ag@Au substrate.First,the Raman signal enhancement effect of 4—ATP—furfural is verified and analyzed based on simulation methods.Then,the standard furfural insulating oil sample and aging oil sample are detected by preparing 4—ATP—B-Cu@F-Ag@Au substrate,and the high-sensitivity in-situ detection performance of the proposed method for furfural in insulating oil is verified.Finally,the detection accuracy of the proposed method is clarified by comparing with the results of liquid chromatography(LC).The results show that the introduction of 4—ATP molecules makes the C=O bond of furfural with weak Raman signal intensity Schiff react into a strong C=N bond,and the minimum detection limit of furfural dissolved without extraction is reduced by 25 times,reaching 0.08 mg/L.Compared with the results of LC,the absolute deviation and relative deviation of in-situ detection of dissolved furfural in laboratory accelerated aging and on-site operation transformer oil samples(No.1,2 and 3 transformers of Chongqing Changshou 500 kV substation)are less than 0.005 5 mg/L and 4.18%,respectively.It is proved that the proposed method can realize the highly sensitive in-situ detection of dissolved furfural in mineral insulating oil without extraction,which can provide technical support for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of oil-immersed transformers.
