体外冲击波疗法对肩袖修复术后关节僵硬的疗效研究
Efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave therapy for joint stiffness after rotator cuff repair

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with routine reha-bilitation treatment for limited activity in functional recovery stage after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.Methods:A total of 97 patients with shoulder joint stiffness after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair were analyzed.Among them,48 patients were treated with routine rehabilitation and extracorporeal shock wave therapy as the shock wave group,and 49 patients were treated with routine rehabilitation only(the routine rehabilitation group).CMS score,VAS score and PROM measurement were used to evaluate shoulder joint function before treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.Results:After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the CMS score and PROM were significantly improved(P＜0.01)and the VAS score was significantly decreased(P＜0.01).In the same period,compared with the rou-tine rehabilitation group,the CMS score and PROM were significantly improved and the VAS score was significantly decreased(P＜0.01).Conclusion:For patients with secondary shoulder stiffness after arthroscopic rotator cuff re-pair,combined use of extracorporeal shock wave therapy on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment can improve the shoulder function of patients,and has a significant effect in relieving pain.关键词
