Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of zygomatic skin ligament release combined with hyaluronic acid filling in improving the midcheek groove.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 62 female patients with midcheek groove depression admitted to the author's hospital from September 2018 to April 2022.All patients were treated with zygomatic skin ligament release combined with hyaluronic acid filling.The improvement of the midcheek groove was evaluated by filling the deep ligament,loosening the skin ligament of the zygomatic bone,and filling the dermis.Results Among the 62 patients,10 patients were not satisfied with the treatment effect in the sixth month and received the treatment again.The effective rates of the midcheek groove correction were 93.55%and 96.77%at 6 months and 12 months after surgery,respectively.The improvement rate of the midcheek groove was 59.68%and 74.19%at 6 months and 12 months after operation,respectively.Conclusion The treatment of midcheek groove with zygomatic skin ligament release combined with hyaluronic acid filling is minimally invasive,effective and lasting for a long time,which has certain clinical application value.关键词
