Effect of Ultrasound-guided Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Treatment of Breast Fibroma and Its Influence on Complications and Aesthetic Effect

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound guided minimally invasive surgery for breast fibroma.Methods 283 patients with breast fibroma received in the author's hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the surgical methods,140 patients in the conventional group were treated with traditional open surgery,and 143 patients in the study group were treated with ultrasound guided minimally invasive surgery.The operation indexes,cosmetic results,postoperative complication rate,pain degree at 1,3,5 and 7 days after operation[visual analog scale(VAS)]were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding in the study group was less than that in the conventional group,and the operation time,incision length and hospital stay were shorter than those in the conventional group(P＜0.05).At 1,3,5 and 7 days after operation,the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P＜0.05).The excellent and good cosmetic results rate of the study group(92.31%)was higher than that of the conventional group(73.57%),and the postoperative complication rate(6.29%)was lower than that of the conventional group(23.57%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided minimally invasive surgery is effective in the treatment of breast fibroma,with less trauma,less pain,fewer postoperative complications,and excellent cosmetic results,which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
