自拟槿柏洗方外洗联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗小儿头癣美学效果观察
Aesthetic Effect of Self-made Jinbai Washing Prescription Combined With Anti-fungus Ointment in the Treatment of Children with Tinea Capitis

Abstract
Objective To study the aesthetic effect of self-made Jinbai washing prescription combined with anti-fungus ointment in the treatment of children with tinea capitis.Methods A total of 82 children with tinea capitis admitted to TCM dermatology department of Qinhuangdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled between May 2021 and April 2023.According to random number table method,they were divided into combination group and control group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anti-fungus ointment,while combination group was additionally treated with self-made Jinbai washing prescription.All were treated twice/d for 4 weeks.The scores of skin lesions[lesion area,erythema,squame(pustules/scutulum),pruritis]in head target skin(at the place with the largest skin lesion area)and psoriasis scalp severity index(PSSI)at the beginning of treatment,the end of treatment and 4 weeks after withdrawal,curative effect after treatment,recurrence and parents'aesthetics satisfaction at 4 weeks after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total response rate of combination group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,scores of skin lesions of target skin and PSSI were decreased in both groups,which were lower in combination group than control group(P＜0.05).During treatment,total incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).At 4 weeks after treatment,aesthetics satisfaction of parents in combination group was higher than that in control group,and scores of skin lesions of target skin and PSSI were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with anti-fungus ointment alone,self-made Jinbai washing prescription combined with anti-fungus ointment has less scalp injury,better curative effect,higher parents'aesthetics satisfaction and lower incidence of adverse reactions in children with tinea capitis.关键词
